At The Love Store, we want you to fall in love with your wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
